Gerry Welch and Manorcraft are known round the world for one-off 1/12th scale Tudor and timber framed dolls houses. Gerry Welch's houses range in size from one room town houses to three or four storey houses and even extending up to whole village scenes! His prices are very modest, ranging from £500 for a small house and up to £1500 for a medium house, when considering the weeks of work that are lovingly bestowed upon each unique property!

Most of his houses are painted, beamed inside and out and have wooden floors in all of the rooms.They also have stairs to all rooms, fireplaces and lights in most houses with many of the fittings being made inhouse at Manorcraft.

Gerry has been included in books, had books written about him and completed books on Tudor dolls house making for a variety of magazines, television programmes and private individuals. One of his most recent projects was a project book for Dolls House World magazine.
